Erendac Legal Consultancy & Attorney was founded by Tolga Erendaç after working at different levels in legal departments of global banks like Citi, HSBC for more than twenty years.
He graduated from Ankara University Law School and completed LLM at the same university. He also completed PhD at Istanbul University Institute of Social Science.
During his tenure in the banking sector, he led the secretariat of the board of directors, legal consultancy and litigation departments. He participated in or led projects of new establishment, merger and/or acquisitions, exclusivity agreements, co-brand agreements, due diligence projects, adaptation of new legislation to existing products.
He also chaired the commission at the Banks Association of Turkey during the enactment of Law No. 6507 on Consumer Protection. He was nominated to Turkey GC Powerlist during the period he was in duty.
He is currently providing legal services regarding Corporate Law, Contracts Law, Banking & Finance.

Mr. Çalışkan, graduated from Marmara University Law School and worked for more than fourteen years at different levels in the legal departments of holding and commercial companies operating in various sectors, primarily automotive, food, metal and textile, finally he was the head of legal of a listed company operating in the textile sector.
During his tenure, he closely followed legal proceedings of companies. He also carried out projects to comply with ISO 27001 and Data Protection Law and also he handled adaptation of business contracts to new laws and regulations.
He is currently providing legal services especially on Employment Law, Data Protection Law and dispute resolution services arising from field of activities.

Mrs. Aras graduated from Marmara University Law School worked for more than 15 years for providing legal service to corporate and retail clients. She is qualified intermediator as per Turkish Law and also be in charge of a permanent member of Consumer Disputes Arbitration Committee.
She is currently providing legal services regarding Consumer Protection Law, Civil Code, Family Law, Tax Law and legal support in resolving disputes arising field of activities

Mr. Atik continues his undergraduate education at Ege University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative, Department of Economics.
Mr. Atik is charge of preparing board of directors meeting sets, handling internal directive and procedure revisions, management of MS Sharepoint sites of our clients we provide corporate governance consultancy services, as well as he is responsible from paralegal and operational duties.

Mrs. Kaya has worked as a human resources professional at various levels in local and multinational companies operating in the health, fmcg, logistics, tourism, retail, industry sectors for more than 20 years.
Her field of activity is to provide human resources consultancy services in order to establish human resources policies of the company, structuring the organization, establishing and efficient management of human resources department, providing guidance for disciplinary processes and providing management consultancy to senior management for making strategic decisions in the field of human resources.
